Hey Shredders... Looking for a new chart keeper

Only a few days left in this round of shredding. It's been a great start to the new year. Looking at the calendar, it looks like our next round will start Monday, February 6th. We need a new chart keeper. I have enjoyed doing it that past couple of months and will happily do it again down the road, but I can't for February. My in-laws are coming to visit for about a month and I know that will keep me pretty busy!

I have not taken a turn yet. Swim season is winding down...and track doesn't really pick up until April...so I guess I'll take it this time. Please just tell me how you all have gone about it (like the 'uploading it big' part, especially.)

Thanks Kim! I'll tell you what I have been doing, there may be a different way, this is just how I figured it out:
Make your chart and save as .psd file
Merge and resize to 4x4 at 180 dpi, save as a .jpg
Upload to Photobucket (or another photo storage site)
Copy the url
Under the menu bar at the top of the Reply screen click "Insert Image" and paste the url
Each day then I would just go to the opening post, click edit and paste the url of that day's uploaded chart.
I have a tendency to make things more difficult than they need to be, so hopefully Cheri or someone else who has done the chart before will be along shortly to share their method.

Do we still have permission to use the basic chart or do I need to create a new one?

I was coming to say I would if no one else wanted to, but looks like Miss Kim will take the reins.
Kim you can use the basic chart, no problems. We found it easier to just pass along to the leaders. Cheri will send you more info.
I did pretty much the same thing that Melanie explained. Kept it on photobucket too.

Yep, for any future volunteers, I have the basic chart Angie gave me, plus I added to it the days of the week (since we always start on Monday) and the numbers 1-30. I saved it as a .png so it should be easy enough to add in the decorations and dates!
