Forgot to check-in yesterday...
Wed 3/7 = 45 minutes in spin class
Thu 3/8 = 60 minutes in Body Pump and 45 minutes in Sh'Bam planned for today
Thursday was a wash... I was all set and dressed to leave for the gym and decided I needed a mental health day instead. So I met a friend for lunch and we chatted for three hours. That was definitely more needed than a workout.

I don't know when we stop sending reports, but I'm trying to keep myself inline. 3/09 I put in one hour at Curves. Beautiful day in OH today, 3/11, went for a 30 minute walk.

I have been terrible and havn't reported either. Today I went for a walk with the family for 30 mins. Lots of fun!!
I thought my abs were hurting this weekend from my last workout but it hurts way too much I might have to get it looked at and make sure I didn't do anything serious!!

I got a good half hour exercise bike ride in tonight. Yesterday I spent a couple of hours walking around a shopping center - definitely too much time walking on concrete!
