I'm done for today. Our power was out for about an hour, and I can't find my headphones, but I have some music on my Android cell! I cranked up Adam Lambert and did 26 minutes and 5.5 miles on the stationary bike.
Also, I'm down 1.5 pounds from where I weighed in last week and got disgusted enough to sign up for this again.

Wendee, I think all of us understand that your motivation is drooping now. Don't be hard on yourself though. A little activity, especially outdoors may help a little, but you just do what you can do. All of us here will support you with whatever you feel is right at this time, no matter how much or how little.

So anyway, I did 22 min walking today (incline although I am not sure how steep - it was the way to the school). I would have gotten 2 mi in but a friend pulled up next to us on our way home & offered us a ride. It looked like it might rain so we accepted. LOL
I can't recall who asked on the other thread - but when I refer to Fighters Uncaged I am speaking of a game we rented for the kinect. I am not sure how much longer I will have it but it's fun. You get so wrapped up in beating the guy & scoring points that you don't realize how hard you're working until you start to feel weak & the sweat is running down your face.
