I actually made it to 2 1/4 miles in 30 minutes today!

30 minutes on the treadmill done for Saturday Feb. 4th with the following results:

2.26 miles
30 minutes
1 degree incline
Burned 271 calories
Average Speed 4.52 MPH

I got these two in Friday and Saturday!

Friday: 30 Min Jillian Michaels: Killer Buns and Abs/Thighs
Saturday: 1 1/2 mile walk (1 hour) 45 degrees up hill and down hill!

My legs feel like jello!

I took a month off an am regretting it...need the accountability and to get back into a routine...put me on the list please! So frustrated with myself that I'd gotten to Level 3 on 30 day shred and was doing so well, then completely fell off the wagon...now i have to go back to sore muscles and level 1 again. but looking forward to my clothes fitting better again.

Push circuit 2 done and I'm done in. I could barely make it through this one. But I did make it. Now I just want to soak in a hot tub and go back to bed, but instead, its off to work I go. Hope I can make it through the day. LOL This is all worth it, right?

Yes Sandi-it's worth it! And just think...you are done for the day and don't have to worry about getting that work out it! That's why I have to get it done FIRST thing...otherwise, something gets in the way!!

Since the shoulder is down for the count, no Jillian today, BUT I have my resistance band for my legs and will be partaking in 45 minutes of lower body leg work! Will Post up when I manage to finish!

I did manage to ride my bike for 20 minutes this morning before my incision reminded me that was just not going to work - it feels soooo creepy!

Need to step it up next week my first 5k is a short 2 months away AND my goal is to NOT finish last LOL!

I'm off to a terrible start and today I may not get to work out! I have to go shopping with my girlfriend.. LOL shopping what an excuse. But it's true! Maybe I can fit in a video. I did promise myself to add more cardio! I will let you know how it works out.

I'm done for today. Our power was out for about an hour, and I can't find my headphones, but I have some music on my Android cell! I cranked up Adam Lambert and did 26 minutes and 5.5 miles on the stationary bike. :exercisebike:

Also, I'm down 1.5 pounds from where I weighed in last week and got disgusted enough to sign up for this again. :2468who-do-we-appreciate:

Ok, finally finished my 45 minute lower body workout.....now my legs feel like my shoulder HEEE HEEE, but I have to keep it up!

10 minutes leg extensions (resistance band set for 45 lbs
10 minutes thigh burn (resistance set at 45 lbs.
10 minutes modified chair squats
15 minutes stationary sit down bike (at the neighbors, whilst she was on the treadmill!)

Im good for today,
Gonna try for Zumba for an hour tomorrow!

Wendee, I think all of us understand that your motivation is drooping now. Don't be hard on yourself though. A little activity, especially outdoors may help a little, but you just do what you can do. All of us here will support you with whatever you feel is right at this time, no matter how much or how little.

I had planned to make up a missed workout Friday (sinus headache) but I didn't. Bryan came home from his week long TDY on Sunday so I was busy hanging on my honey. LOL He took me on a date as a little pre-anniversary celebration since we aren't officially doing anything until the end of the month. I am still hoping maybe I can get a little coffee & cheesecake out of him on the 8th.

So anyway, I did 22 min walking today (incline although I am not sure how steep - it was the way to the school). I would have gotten 2 mi in but a friend pulled up next to us on our way home & offered us a ride. It looked like it might rain so we accepted. LOL

I can't recall who asked on the other thread - but when I refer to Fighters Uncaged I am speaking of a game we rented for the kinect. I am not sure how much longer I will have it but it's fun. You get so wrapped up in beating the guy & scoring points that you don't realize how hard you're working until you start to feel weak & the sweat is running down your face. :)
