I really fell off the healthy lifestyle wagon last week. I think between Valentine's day and a marathon PT conference day I just lost my focus. I'm back on track today--Shredded at 6:00 am! Thanks for getting me out of bed this morning, Scrapgirlfriends!

50 minute walk/dune hike this afternoon. I did get an extra qi gong session in last night (35 min) to help make up for my lazy week last week.

I got my new fitbit. Today so far I've walked 10698 steps and covered 4.6 miles. It also says I've burned 1700+ calories. I'm liking those numbers.

I need a big ol' bandaid today! I went in for my annual exam, fasting for a blood draw. My doctor was delayed, so the blood draw was delayed. I have hypoglycemia, so fasting is really not good for me under the best of circumstances. When I finally did get to the blood draw, it went very, very badly. After a couple of futile attempts, I ended up fainting AND throwing up.

After that, I got to go to the dentist...

Glad to be home. Still very light headed and pale. It's official--I'm a WIMP! After two babies I thought I was over this kind of nonsense! Turns out I'm just a bigger baby now!

I did one hour of Hatha today so I would like it marked for today and yesterday too please!! I have been missing so much for my daughter. she has been auditioning like crazy and finally got a film role but she will be working Fri-sunday. So I will be missing those days of excersice.

Push Circuit 2 done for Wednesday. And a whole lot of house cleaning..... I'm going to get a little screen shot of the BB activity chart tomorrow - and you can see how scrubbing the shower and mopping compare to Chalean for calories burned. :)

I'm sorry I have not checked in the last few days but I've been not feeling well so haven't been able to get much of a workout in. My stomach has been making it impossible for me to do much but feel miserable! I feel like I need a cleanse. I think tomorrow I will be able to get a workout in. I will certainly try.

You Chalean ladies are amaziiiing!! And wow Julie, Warrior Girl!!

Jaymee, that sounds terrible!! No fun!

April that sounds neat, you must have gotten in an excellent workout!
