Wow April, that BodyBugg thing looks so cool! I bet it is really inspiring when you can watch the calorie count going up as you burn them and push harder. Very cool, thanks for sharing!

Becca, I am feeling better thanks! I have been doing a mini cleanse, drinking Tropical Shakeology in the morning and for lunch and then having protein and a vegetable for dinner. It really helped make me feel better and clear out my system. I don't talk about it much but I have some IBS-type issues which can make me feel sick sometimes and make doing intense workouts kind of hard. I haven't really figured out what's causing it, if it's a food intolerance or something else but I do notice when I'm eating healthy I seem to feel better more often than when I'm not eating healthy. Maybe I'm oversharing, but I worry sometimes that some of you may catch on that I'm not feeling good more often than a healthy person should and wonder why I'm sick a lot. I hardly ever get sick, I can't even remember the last time I had a cold or flu. But sometimes the problem is just that I have pain or discomfort in my abdomen and it hurts to do anything.

Brandy & Cheri, speaking of things disappearing, one week I did the laundry and lost 9 socks. I was absolutely blown away as here I had 3, each a different color missing their mates and then 3 complete whole pairs VANISHED. I found the 3 pairs in my suitcase (had forgotten to unpack them before doing laundry) and then the following 3 mates to the original pairs showed up in following laundry cycles over the next few weeks. The most memorable being inside the pocket of my robe. Things aLWAYS go missing in my laundry and it drives me absolutely bonkers!!

I want to go through and comment (I read them all) but I am feeling so tired and I am up late again! Keep up the great work shredders!! You are doing awesome!

Friday: TurboFire HIIT 20. That is one of my favorites!

Glad to hear you are feeling better, Sheri! Shakeology is a wonderful product. I actually miss having it, but after awhile, it got too pricey for me.

Brandy and Cheri... can I join the MIA clothing club? One of my favorite workout tees is missing. I've looked everywhere for it. Even got to the bottom of all seemingly bottomless laundry hampers in the house. I had to laugh at your missing hair tie comment, Brandy, because in my house we must have a million of those things (3 daughters and my forever-ponytail-wearing self) and I find them everywhere. We have a cat that must think they are laced with catnip because they make a great toy for her.

Friday. Nothing. Nadda. Zip. At least in the workout realm. But that's the usual for me... Thursday's double dose of classes means Friday is a well-earned recovery day. So if one of the Thursday classes can count for my Friday, that would be great. :)

Saturday. Hitting the gym with DH. Spin class. 45 minutes.

Good morning! I finally started feeling better yesterday and went with my DH to do some errands. I am still very tired, but am able to function now, so hopefully I can start working out again tomorrow. I think the weather is supposed to be nice and I can go outside for a stroll.

Use a heavy ball and work those arms & shoulders. Treat it like a kettlebell when it isn't your turn to bowl. Then throw in some bowlers lunges ;)

Saturday - just finished the "Rock It Out" segment from Rockin' Body. Woah that is intense. 45 minutes of cardio + strength (using light weights for endurance) + standing ab exercises. And a bazillion pushups. Suddenly, the Burn Intervals from CE don't seem so horrible.

Lol Theresa and Conda! We all need a BodyBugg, I bet we'd be surprised how much calories we burn doing all the little things! Maybe next Christmas I'll ask Santa for that ;)

Today I did a lot of warlking at the game fields - back & forth a lot between them.

Taliah & Kai had their first game with the Hurricanes (soccer) at 9:30
Taliah's soccer team from the winter season (Wolfpack) had 2 rainouts, their first make-up game started at 10 today so halfway through her 9:30 game I pulled her out for the Wolfpack game.
Kai's baseball team (Bears) also had rainouts & played a make-up game at 10:30. His field was in Timbucktwo it seemed!
So when the Wolfpack was done Taliah re-joined her Hurricanes team to finish the last part of their second game (they were playing back to back at 9:30 & 10:30).

In between I was going from the soccer fields to the baseball fields delivering photos. I am beat! LOL
proud mom to Aspen (13), Caeleb (12), Kai (9), & Taliah (8)

LOL - I forgot about Chalene's bowler's lunges! I like those! Tony has us do "skaters" which is pretty similar.

Saturday done - Arms and Shoulders. (plus bowling, lol)

Conda- glad to see you are feeling better

I have been so sick last couple of days. I thought I would be busy with my daughter but instead DH has been so kind and taking her to her shootings. I have been in bed all day yesterday. Today I feel a bit better but my sinuses are soo bad.
Guess i won't be excercising for some time now.

Sunday - did a mashup of exercises with the dip station, push ups, lunges & squats because my brother & his GF came over and I didn't want to do a workout and take the tv. I lost about 7 pounds on the Shakeology cleanse when I wasn't exercising much and I feel a bit weaker than usual. But I feel a lot better and except for being tired & drained from not being able to sleep my system feels very cleansed & refreshed! I am LOVING the Tropical Shakeology so far, I've been drinking it non-stop for almost a week and I actually think my body handles this formula even better than the other two. (This one uses brown rice protein instead of whey protein isolate.)
Becca, I can understand, it is pretty pricey. I had to shift some things around in my budget to make it work. I cut out the multi-vitamins and that helped! I figured I don't need both.

I am actually feeling really tired tonight so I'm going to try to go to bed early, I've been having crazy insomnia lately!

See you for the new week of exercise Shredders!

Monday done for me! I did 2 sessions today because we will have company tomorrow.

1 Session of Zumba
1 Session Cardio Max 1 and 2

It's Frits' (Jeroen's step-dad) birthday and I always make him American cupcakes. They don't have those too much around here so it is a treat for him..BAD for me!! I had to walk yesterday to a special shop that had the stuff. (no not making it from scratch...LOL you know.. the American Way---> Duncan Hines!) Jeroen was teasing me and telling me Duncan Hines wasn't even American. He likes to do that. HE gets me going and I let him..ha!

PS Duncan Hines is American I googled it!
