33 minutes on the elliptical- I sure wish the program I like would let me change the time. I usually run through it twice, but I had two tag-along kids with me tonight and they were done after 30 minutes.

Forgot to check in in yesterday (Monday)...Taekwondo class and then Warrior X-Fit Kickboxing class.
Done for Tuesday too...P90X2 Yoga.

32:20 minutes, 7.31 miles on the stationary bike. I found my headphones so I had a much better choice of music today (Backstreet Boys and Michael Bolton *g*) :rofl:

Tuesday is ChaLEAN off day...so i'm doing just that (my inner voice is saying "walk away from the weights") I did 2 miles on the treadmill, nothing fancy, but got the heart pumping

Skipped Monday. I did something to my back/waist/hip on Sunday, so that has been bothering me. Plus, Monday I felt tired & blah all day long, and my body just did not want to do anything but lay on the couch. So I took an extra rest day.

Today, my back/waist/hip pain is still there, but I managed to make it through 3/4ths of Burn Circuit 2. I got at least to the 20-minute mark, so it should count for the Shred chart.

Today I did Pilates. 1 hour. I hate the roll!! We had to balance on this foam roll it's about 10" diameter and maybe 3 feet long. And we have to lay down on it!
and Then he ( the instructor) will say. " lift your left foot to the ceiling and now your right" Well I can't even have my feet straight up like that yet. They are at about a 60degree angle but not a perfect 90 degree angle. Anyhow so I'm struggling to get my leggs straight up let alone balance. I felt like a kid who had no balance. Well I had no balance. but this time the class went by very very quickly!!
I need to work on my core. It's too weak and I compensated with my other muscles. Hence why my neck hurts( it's better but I do feel myself tensing it during classes.

Oh yeah so this will count for today and yesterday

I really did work out earlier today.... but I got sidetracked when I came on to post it. :blush: I'm starting at the beginning again. I did Burn Circuit 1 and then I went to the gym tonight and did my 33 minutes on the elliptical. Somehow it seems wrong for me to just sit and read when I can read and exercise - and I wanted to finish my book.

Tues and Wed both did 30 min on Nordic Trak, forgot to check in yesterday...watching the movie UP while I pass the time....cute movie!

Suffering from a serious lack of motivation here this week. Lots on the plate that is draining me. I know if I stick with it I'll feel better, but its that getting up and getting going step that keeps tripping me up. Praying for halfway decent weather this afternoon, so I can get outdoors and walk for a long time. That helps the most.

Wednesday, LC 3 done. It was tough today. I was hurting (mainly hips/lower back) yesterday and through the night. This morning I was sore, but not in pain...so I went for it. There was one exercise I didn't do..but other than that got in a good work out with out pain. :)

The easiest way to get it is to right click on someone else's signature (eg. mine) and choose "save image location. Then in the upper right, click the arrow to the right of your name at the top of the screen, choose My Profile, then to the right of that screen, Edit My Profile. On the left, choose Change Signature. Click the insert image icon and control/V to paste in the URL you saved earlier. Click ok and you should be good! :)

I know how you both feel I was feeling that way for the past 2 months. I think you have to set a challenge for yourself, or at least I did. If you are a bit competitive that may work. My challenge is to lose 10 lbs in time for our vacation in April. Plus I am going for 1 size down so I can Shop! Yee haw..LOL

24 minutes/5.05 miles on the bike. :exercisebike: Plus, I have choir tonight and will be bouncing around and waving my arms as I conduct, so that's a great upper body workout for me.

I forgot we started this week! D'oh!! Good thing I at least got my workout in yesterday hehehe.

Tuesday - Hula for an hour. Killer workout :) LOVED it!!!

And I hit my 30 pounds lost mark this morning!!! Woooooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooo!
