I have had such a hard time getting through on the WW site to sign up for the online program, but today I finally got through. I am signed up for the 3 month deal. I would really love to have lost my weight by then so I don't have to keep paying. That also means that I have to establish some really good eating habits so I don't backslide as soon as my paid time is up. I have been on a couple of times before and I like the program, but just don't stick to it like I should.

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting a chart similiar to the Shredders where we check in and just say if we stayed on points for the day. If anyone who is not doing WW would like to join they could just say if they stayed on their eating plan.

I've done WW in the past, but right now, I'm simply counting calories. I have a target for the day and I try to keep my weekly average within 50 calories of my target. I would probably do better with a weekly check-in.

I'm just sort of trying to remember what I ate to stay within my point count from when I lost all my weight. Of course I picked up a lot over the last year again. At the moment I am playing YO-YO. Down 3lbs Monday to Friday and up 3lbs over the weekend. I get so mad. All my hard work the whole week gone to waste. I will be watching this thread. Thanks.

I would really love to do this, Melanie. I do best when I track my WW points--a real challenge for me. I'd appreciate the support.

LOL - I got back on the WW wagon yesterday. I'm glad to see this (much timely) thread! When I first started WW (gee, 6 years ago maybe) I lost 30 lbs. And I kept it off until last year. I gained 15 pounds last year - can you believe it???? ugh.

I got in some really bad habits. Nothing fits me any more. I'm just disgusted with myself - and every morning when I squeeze into my clothes, I feel it again.

And yes - I stayed on points yesterday!!!

I'm interested.

Good for you Melanie!! I'm counting calories right now. (Did WW years ago) I have considered joining again when I have about 10-15 pounds to go. (have about 25 pounds to go-have lost about 45...) I think by joining "at the end" I can go through it and become a lifetime member and that will be one more thing to keep me on track. My BFF is a WW leader in a nearby town. If you do WW online, are you allowed to go to physical meetings?

I think if you sign up for a WW monthly pass you can go to as many meetings as you like, plus you get unlimited access to the online tools. That's the way I do it. I need to get back into the groove, though.
