Jaymee, I love that quote! I think it would be helpful for me to write everything I eat again too. I'm not sure I'm ready though. I don't want to overwhelm myself and then give up.

Made a pan of brownies for dh and ds but I was good - I didn't cave to the brownies!
The soup sounds great Sara! I don't have any idea how you can make brownies and not eat one. The smell alone would push me over the edge.
