Our middle son (former Marine) and his wife are expecting #2 this August! She's 13 weeks along, and their first ultrasound is next week. Their first, Athena Lynn, will be 21 months old by then.

Thanks everyone! The best part is that my son will be here for the entire pregnancy and really get to enjoy it. When Jess was pregnant with Athena, he was deployed in Afghanistan. He was home about a month before she was born, but I know how worried she was while he was away.

First ultrasound was day before yesterday and Son happily reported that "there's only one!" He wasn't amused when I'd informed him that there are twins on my side of the family tree.
