Help With Colouring Paper Roses

I bought the paper roses embellishment kit here a while back and have never managed to colour them successfully. Can someone help me with the best way to get the lovely results as shown in the examples on the product page? I use PSE9. Thanks :D

I've used those flowers in some of my daughter's wedding pages. I used the techniques Brandy shows in the video tutorial to color them yellow and was quite pleased with the results. Have fun playing with them.

In addition to all the great advice above, I've used a radial gradient layer to color flowers, too. You could try that as well. Today's newsletter gives instructions.
