Congrats on your weight loss thus far Lou Ann! Come on over and shred with us:) Some shred to lose weight, others just to strengthen their muscles (including heart) - all are welcome and we are good at encouraging each other.

It's 10:49 here and I just finished my 30 minute heart boost exercises. And no, I wasn't shoveling snow, but I bet that would help.
I'm not sure about the rules. Evidently I don't report this every day. Is that right?

2/24 Did a one hour workout at Curves again. I'm really starting to feel energetic.

Sounds like you are doing great with your exercises. If you keep all your exercise posts in the main official Shredders thread, it will make it easier for Kim to keep track and make sure you are getting credit for each day
