I just wanted to share something I learned today. If you add a 0 before single digit numbers your files will come up to be viewed in order. Such as 01 02 03..but if left as 1 2 or 3..they will come up scrabbled around your folder. I was using Paint shop pro 9 and had a problem with my papers not being in order when I viewed them to make a preview of a paper pack I wanted to upload. My DH just taught this to me. I am amazed that after years of learning psp and trying now to learn pscs3 I still can find something new I didn't know before.

Most ppl here probably already knew this..but just in case I wanted to share it. It truly made it a lot easier for me today.

About a month ago I finally re-named my Scrap Girls folder to "00-Scrap Girls" so it would be at the top of my Scrapping folder and I wouldn't have to search for it any longer! :D

This is a good tip. I put an underscore ( _ ) in front of the folders I want to stay on top. Sometimes it's just temporary. After that I use a numbering system too.

This is a great way to help keep things sequential. I use it in my photo files a LOT! But also in my folders of scrapping supplies and documents folders for work. Don't remember when or where I learned this trick (I suspect it was here a few years ago), but it has been an invaluable aid in the never-ending quest to keep my files and folders tidy.
