You know that old saying, March comes in like a lamb and out like a lion, or vice versa? What's it doing in your area today?

Here in Rochester, it's warm for March, but windy. I'm going with a lamb because there isn't any snow storms forecasted. Historically, we get a huge storm this week. But it's looking good so far!!

We have had virtually no winter...until this week. Seems like a new storm is rolling in about every 24 hours, and I can see today's headed our way. It's great to have a westerly view so we can see what's coming...and get the snow blower ready to deal with it!

We are on the road right now and it's beautiful today but last night we had terrible storms in Tennessee. We stopped and spent the nite in Lebanon and just got there in time to miss the tornado. Scary weather but maybe it's over. Today is very lamb like right now.

Well it is beautiful and warm today. Birds are singing outside(and inside as I have 2 cocktiels and 2 parakeets..lol) But as for coming in, last night at around midnight or 1 am we had tornado warnings and wind and rain and some lightening. So did it come in like a lamb or lion? I am not quite sure. I will have to go with lamb only because the storm wasn't near as bad as it could have been and it is wonderful outside today.

We had our slushy 1/2 inch or so and super high WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH winds yesterday, so today is pretty much a lamb - calm and no precipitation.

Warm and sunny down under though have had a dull, uncharacteristic week. Little drizzle yesterday. So nice to see the sun again. We rarely get rain in our part of Victoria, the Mallee. Our annual rainfall is about 11 inches average. Rain is not welcome at this time as still dried fruit to get dried and many still have table grapes to pick. Most of the wine grapes are off the vines though. Definitely a March lamb day. Kay

Those were some scary storms we had Wed. night, but our area didn't get hit. It is going to be 80 here today, but turning cold again tonight, although not cold like some of you have it. I have been a skeptic about this global warning stuff, but this winter makes me wonder.

The first was beautiful here-almost 70. Today, there is a chance of snow...yep, that's the weather here in Missouri. So crazy!

I decided it was a lamb. Today is supposed to be warm, but windy tonight and tomorrow. Must be getting those midwest storms this way. Sounds like Aggie got the storm we were supposed to get. We've had a lot of close calls this winter but the storms have just missed us! Overall this winter has been a lamb!

Well, I don't know what it's doing at home but oh, my - the winds are blowing so hard here that we've had to go outside three times to tie things to the back porch and the hail this morning was huge. Supposed to get windier and colder and I just hope there are no more tornado sirens today! Not liking this weather too much - definitely a Lion here!

Oh, my, oh, my! Not used to tornados and weather like we had in Illinois! Don't want to see that again! But we survived and had a great time in spite of the scary weather in O'Fallon. So where we were, it was definitely like a Lion! Glad to be home in NC where the sun is shining - it's cold, but beautiful!

We're on the fourth day straight of rain rain rain. And today is the worst it's been yet with flood warnings in effect. Definitely like a lion here!
