Still loving TurboFire every ounce as much as I was before! Chalene always says you've got to find your "soul mate workout" and I guess I've found mine. It's not that it's easy, usually halfway through I'm pretty beat and I have to push through but the music makes me want to move, and dance, and I just have fun doing it. I actually LOOK FORWARD to my workouts! Some others I have done I wouldn't say I necessarily looked forward to them, I didn't dread them but I just got them done because I had to. In fact I have even started getting up early to do them instead of waiting until later in the day. That is HUGE for me!!!
I have no holes for the month so far! Here's how:
Friday I took Fire 45 to my BFF's house so she could try it. She got frustrated & gave up but I did it all + Stretch 10.
Saturday I accidentally went to Fit Club but there was no Fit Club!! Argh.. lol. So I ended up volunteering at Bountiful Baskets instead and unloaded the truck, so I got in a good 15 mins of heavy lifting. (I am not really counting that as my workout, read on) I had a whole bunch of stuff planned for the day so there was no way to fit in a workout.
Sunday I slept in & I lost my chance to use the tv so no workout. If you are keeping track that is two days of missing workouts, right?!
Monday I was ridiculously energized when I woke up so I did Saturday AND Sunday's workouts (Core 20, Stretch 40, and Fire 55 EZ). Two solid hours of workout before breakfast! (I couldn't believe I did it either, lol.)
Tuesday (today) I did Monday's planned workout, Fire 45 + Stretch 10 and then Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit at Fit Club in the evening. A double whammy! So I think I even have 3 extra workouts this month and no rest days!! I feel awesome.

Monday--did 20+ minutes of dance at church for Easter.
Tuesday/Wednesday--nothing.
Thursday--I'll check in later, but scheduled to do that Easter dance number a few times tonight.

LOL:) I've done that before; woken from a dream thinking it's a different day and then not knowing whether I need to get the kids up for school or not, lol.

Valerie, this too shall pass. This just means you're normal, not perfect. If you were perfect, there would be no more lessons to learn, and no reason to keep living. Just try to go with the flow.
