Well I am not very happy with my progress this time around. Funny how I managed to reasonably stay active while I was away on business, and now that I'm home I have had the hardest time committing to getting my exercise in. No more excuses. Next round, I am going to be successful!

LOL - I think when you're done with your second month I'll volunteer again and that will help me stay on track for the summer;)

I'm done for Tuesday. I biked to and from my conference and threw in enough extra to make the ride home 20 minutes. If I'm ambitious enough tonight I'll pop in a short video in my laptop as well. But I may just sit and scrapbook (and surf SG, lol) in my hotel room. :giggle_bear:

Amy, I also had an off month. I got a good walk in tonight--about 3 miles at my son's track meet. The only way to stay warm in 37 degree wind is to keep moving!

I went on a walk for about 30 minutes. Allergies are taking a toll on me today, but I took my walk after a fresh little rain shower, so the pollen wasn't quite so bad.

I got a good 25 minute stationary bike ride in tonight at the hotel. We're on our way back home.

I don't think April has posted anything about the next round, except that she will chart it. Valerie, we often keep posting on the previous thread (even tho it's not charted) to keep ourselves in the game. We'll keep cheering you on!
