I got a good half hour ride on the exercise bike tonight (Monday).
I'm back up to the resistance I used before my foot surgery!

Just noticed the chart was up, so I'm checking in. Monday I did a 40 min bike ride. Today I took Ben out for a walk in his wheelchair, we did about 20/25 mins.

Tuesday done - 5 minute walk and 16 minutes on the indoor bike. I got a blister on my bunion while walking yesterday and even a bandaid wasn't protection enough. I think it's time to look for new walking shoes. :(

Man today I went crazy as I noted before I did pilates ( 1 hour class) and tonight I went for a 30 brisk walk. Brisk by the cold not the speed!! Man feels like winter again!!

Lots of walking again today, even uphill walking at Point Loma (light house and tide pools), but again not 20 minutes sustained. So just checking in to say Hi and good start to all you girls working harder than me this week!

Wednesday - I failed to make in my work out, but for good reason! Cheri T and family were here for dinner tonight! We had a wonderful, family, loud, happy time. It was really fun watching all the kids play together!

I will work out on Sunday to make up for it!
