Way to go everyone! I am loving TurboFire so far. It is fun & the music gets me pumped.

Monday I did TurboFire Fire 30 + Stretch 10.

Tuesday HIIT 15 + Stretch 10 and a bonus workout at Fit Club, Kenpo X (so you can put it for Wednesday, which is a rest day!)

Wednesday - rest day :)

I got a good, hard half hour on the exercise bike in tonight. More calories burned, and more "distance." :)

Another walk with Ben today, Thursday, out for about an hour.

I've lost just over 1kg, as I only really walk I'm quietly pleased.

Yep, we invaded (I think that is an apt term - hope you guys have recovered from my kids, lol) Amy's house last night and had pizza, lots of talking, fun, a rousing game of hide-and-seek, and got to see one of their dogs perform tricks Erinn taught him. I think he's almost ready for that show at Sea World with the pets! :)

Earlier yesterday we were all over the place at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and I'm going to count that as a workout for Wednesday. There were a couple times we walked quite a long ways without stopping, and I went up and down a huge staircase at least 2-3 times during the day. Today is our flight home, so doubt I'll get exercise in today. I'll report back from Iowa tomorrow.

I got a 30 minute walk in today. DH mowed the grass around the one field that is getting burned tomorrow (part of our CRP contract...) so Jackson and I hiked that instead of walking the road. I'm loving this weather!

A fasting blood draw late this AM threw my day off, so 20 min. on the exercise bike was all I could manage. But I did get that in.

Valerie, way to go! Being consistent pays off, doesn't it! I imagine that pushing the wheelchair burns a few more calories than just walking, too. So good for you!

25 mins vigorously walking up and down a steep hill!! I do live in New Westminster after all. It was nice out for a while and then I got caught in the rain! But taht was ok because I got a walk in today!!

Well we are virtually all unpacked, laundry done, and most everything put away, but no exercise today. Oh, and we reclaimed our beagle and goldfish from the 2 friends who took care of them while we were gone. At least I was productive in most areas! Tomorrow is a new day and I am GOING to exercise! Send the exercise police after me if you need to girls! :)

Cheri, glad you got unpacked! Are you sure you want us to call the exercise police? Cause I'm pretty sure you don't want Tony Horton showing up at your door! Lol ;)

April, I did two workouts on Tuesday so could you put that extra on Wednesday? Thanks! I'm trying to have less holes this month. :)

Friday a looooong tiring TurboFire workout but I got it done!
And today (Saturday) TurboFire & Insanity abs.

Friday and Saturday - I am going to respectfully request a band-aid on the chart for these two days. Belle and me both are home with flu symptoms. I came home from work yesterday and went straight to bed, and today I managed to get to work for 3 - 4 hours, Knowing I probably shouldn't go in, (That darned work ethic, you know?) then I came home and slept all afternoon. Mark is out to get stuff for chicken soup right now. The flu is so miserable. I hope we get passed it quickly.

Saturday - did Push Circuit 3, and some taiko practicing. I'm slowly increasing my weights. I can go heaviest on Push3. Tonight I managed to get up to 20lb weights on the bench presses! I'm sure I'll really be feeling the effects tomorrow in taiko class.

I probably don't want Tony at my door, lol - I'd be flustered and my DH would tease me for a YEAR;) It WOULD be funny for Tony to see my 3 year old copy him though. My fav quote William copies is from P90X Ab Ripper. At the beginning Tony says, "I hate it - but I love it." William parrots, "Him hate it but him love it." teehee. Then after they start, Tony says, "I'm done instructing; I'm on my butt." And William, who normally is supposed to say "bottom" instead, says, "Him on him butt." :)

Saturday - I reentered the exercise field! Ab Ripper from X2 plus a little from X1 to = 20 minutes. I'll do a full workout tomorrow.

I went to the gym and ran on the elliptical for 25 minutes. I would have gone longer, but the gym closes early on Saturdays.
