30 Day Shred March/ April

Saturday - I don't know if this will count because I didn't have any 20 minute straight period of workout but I did a lot of walking to and from where we had to park for our numerous pipe band gigs (12 in all.)
Sunday - 30 minutes picking up fallen branches, bark, and sticks in my FIL's backyard.

Friday the 16th went to the rodeo and had to walk up to the 6th story on a ramp as it was held at the football stadium. I know it took at least 20 minutes and man was my heart pounding at the top!!

spent 2 hours in the pool sunday at a birthday party, and was treading water or doing arm exercises most of the time, so wondered if that could count for a couple of days?
I can split it between two days. I'll fill in Friday for you. Would you like the other half on Sunday or Monday?

And I have some good news. I had my physical today. All my bloodwork was great, and my A1C (3 month average of blood sugars) was 6.0. Considering I couldn't do much cardio for a couple of months after my surgery, I was happy, and so was my doctor. (If I can brag one more time, my good cholesterol was higher than the bad one). That's motivating!

Friday afternoon I got a 3.75 mile hike in while DH and the burn crew were burning our conservation acreage. Lots of hills in that walk. I'd like to count that for Saturday because Saturday was too full of other family activities to get a workout in.
Monday...nothing. Another overfull day. If the phone doesn't ring in the next 20 minutes I'll have the day off and can get 2 workouts in today. I'm due for a CE lift day...and I'll find some cardio to do later.
