So what's attracting you to a kit right now? Is it the elements, the theme, the colors, or something else?

For me right now it's OWLS, I have no idea why, but every kit I see with OWLS, I want it!! LOL.

A kit has to have a good range of embellishments, but I always look at colour first.

I go for the feeling a kit evokes. Or I see a paper in a LO I fall in love with, or... Very occasionally I will just get an add-on paper pack or the embellishments, but usually once a kit calls my name, I will get every add-on that appears in the boutique.

That's a hard one - sometimes it's the elements that call to me - sometime it's the beautiful papers - I guess mostly I'd have to say I look at the collection as a whole before I decide what to buy. Interesting question, though.

Color is what catches my eye first, then I look at the elements to see what fits the project I'm working on/ thinking about/ planning to put on my schedule to design soon.

Theme is what catches my eye first --- vintage AND victorian are my favorites followed by nature collections!

I think colour is what catches my eye then comes the closer scrutiny of elements, alphas, papers etc. Kay

The colors catch my eye first, but I have purchased plenty collections for specific embellishments like great frames or journaling papers.

Color is what I notice first, but I'm like Gayle, once I fall in love with a kit, I purchase everything associated with it. When I'm going through the individual links is when I notice specific elements (usually clusters) that I want.

Colors... right now, lime green-ish colors are just too hard to resist! Havev no idea why, maybe because it just looks like SUMMER!

For me, it has to be unique. It has to say, "I have personality". I love colors too, but black and white can also speak to me.
