Thank you for this tutorial, I've been wondering how to do this type of effect on my photos for a while now and this came at the perfect time

I'm also happy the sale is still on as I'm off to do some mask shopping :D

Thanks so much for your kind words. I'm glad you liked the article! There are so many fun masks in the boutique I'm sure you will find many to play with!

I was so thankful to see this thread because I wanted to start one myself yesterday and got interrupted a few times, then forgot! So, thanks Kim and especially "THANKS" Amy. I loved your article/tutorial - was so happy to see it in the Newsletter and in particular I love the way you demonstrated. Usually we see layouts created from the bottom up - it was so cool to see you "undress" your page! So interesting and gave an entirely different perspective to it all. I was very intrigued and it was a wonderful way to really show what the masks do, how they look, etc. etc...
And, your layout is gorgeous too! Thanks again Amy.... Wonderful writing and teachings. :)

Yes, thanks for the great tutorial, Amy. I really liked how you took your layout apart for us!

Well-written! I liked the perspective of starting with the layout and undressing it - perfect teaching technique.

I really appreciated that tutorial also, Amy. I was able to scraplift from that and finish up a layout I was working on. Thanks again!
