I loved Ro's muse today.

I was sitting here worrying about something relatively minor (in comparison to some of the big challenges I have had in the last couple of years), and I realized, as I read her words, that today is a really good day!

thanks for helping me see that, Ro!

I particularly enjoyed this quote:

"I see my life as part of the earth, a patch of ground to be cultivated. This field I have chosen to call joy. What grows in the field will be some grasses called happiness, and some called anguish, sadness, and disappointment. They are not permanent. They grow, wither and die. But the field of my being remains joyful." – Robert White

And I appreciate, Ro, that you are transparent that your muses are also messages to yourself.

I feel like you are in the trenches with the rest of us!

I do appreciate being part of the Scrap Girls community! :daisy:

Well put, Kerry! ITA! I can't think of anyone to whom this would not apply, but it is so brave to put oneself "out there." Great muse, Ro!

Ro, you had some really profound stuff in that muse. It helps to remember we won't get "there" because as long as we are alive, there are more lessons to learn. I really like Jennifer James' concept (and book) Success is the Quality of Your Journey.
