Nothing for Monday--work, groceries, supper, collapse.

Tuesday done--spent some quality time with Chalean Extreme. I hope to get some cardio in later to make up for Monday. Stay tuned...

Sat 4/21 1 hr walk
Sun - no exercise (baby shower, ate cake, boo!)
Mon - 2 hours bringing boxes and items up from basement to garage, several more hours sorting for donations and pitching. Tired, but feel much lighter.

Bonus Tuesday workout! I just spent 25 minutes dancing with Shaun T. Please put this one on Monday.

Headed out to a track meet now. Can't walk at this one--I run the scoring computer. But with the wind and temps, I'll be happy to be snug in the press box!

Just a short 1 mile walk on Monday to and from son's school to pick him up. I got a TERRIBLE sunburn on Saturday and my shoulders and back are so sore there was NO way I was strapping on the straightjacket (I mean sports bra) to go running or any kind of high impact exercise.

Owie owie to the sunburn, but bwahahahaahaha to the "straightjacket" - that is so very apt, lol! That brings back memories of aqua exercise class when I was pregnant - not only was the bikini (long-style almost to the belly button) a straightjacket, but a WET straightjacket. There were times I almost called another woman into the shower area to help me wrestle it off when we were done in the pool!

Not been around for a few days so here is what I've done
Sunday--1 1/2 hr walk alond the coast with DH (this is a flat, and steep walk)
Monday--went for a 40min walk after work with DH
Tuesday--went for a 40 walk with DH after work
Wednesday--went for an 1 1/2hr coastal walk with DH (its a public holiday today)

Tuesday - one mile walk plus cleaned two horse corrals, one arena and wheel barrowed the contents to the dump site on the property. I think I'm good for today!

My new weights came today, so I did a Burn Circuit of Chalean Extreme. I knew I needed heavier weights, but wow, that was a lot harder! :D

That's funny about the wet straightjacket LOL

I wear an Enell sportsbra because nothing else will hold "the girls" in place when I run or jump. It's so much more straightjacket-like than any other sportsbra I've ever worn. I LOVE it because it's crazy effective but it also has like a dozen hook-and-eye closures and it's got really wide straps and nearly full back coverage so it would have been crazy painful to put on top of my sunburn. Fortunately I'm feeling a lot better today so I think I'll give it a try today :)

:2468who-do-we-appreciate: I am excited!!! weighed myself today as it was this day last week I weighed myself with starting to do all the extra excercising and I have lost 200 grams. I know it is not a lot but it is a start and I am starting to feel more energetic since starting all this exercising.
