Yesterday and this morning it hurts the worse yet!! Crazy. So cardio sounds shoulder safe!! I have other errands and things to catch up on but I want to at least get some cardio in. Wish me luck!!

4/26 Thursday - I did 25 minutes on the elliptical at the gym with stretching after. Apparently that was a way better work out than my regular walking because I was really sweating. Everyone else on the row of ellipticals were going really fast and I felt like a toddler on training wheels, but I kept telling myself that slow and steady will help me win my race. I'm not in competition with anyone but me.

I hope your shoulder is feeling better soon Helena. I get shoulder issues and they are no fun.

Thursday ---only managed a 20min walk
friday ----went to the movies after work so nothing today
Saturday--1hr walk before going to work this afternoon

Today (Sat) we walked at the zoo for over 2 hours - OK, well, we stopped and took pictures a lot, but we covered a lot of territory.

I walked with dh today... and we went component shopping (just shopping, not buying) for a super fast new computer.

I did do 10 minutes good exercise this morning but have left it too late this afternoon to anymore as we need to have an early dinner to get to Bible Study at Church tonight by 6pm.
