Today is thursday I want to get some cardio in. Will see. I hurt my shoulder a few weeks ago went to the dr. She took x-rays but won't know the results for some time.
Yesterday and this morning it hurts the worse yet!! Crazy. So cardio sounds shoulder safe!! I have other errands and things to catch up on but I want to at least get some cardio in. Wish me luck!!

I did 25 minutes on the hotel exercise bike today (Thursday).
I will be trying to fill in some of the gaps.

Helena, I hope your shoulder gets better. That sounds painful and frustrating.


4/26 Thursday - I did 25 minutes on the elliptical at the gym with stretching after. Apparently that was a way better work out than my regular walking because I was really sweating. Everyone else on the row of ellipticals were going really fast and I felt like a toddler on training wheels, but I kept telling myself that slow and steady will help me win my race. I'm not in competition with anyone but me.

I did an hour on the elliptical. I found that when I switch up the programs, it lets me choose the time. :D Oh, and they're harder too...

Reporting for Friday..... with my morning exercises and this afternoon doing 20 minutes Walk a Mile DVD I would have done 30 minutes total.

Today I was going to do a real walk with my husband to the local bakery but it was raining.

Thurs - More than 1/2 hour (lost actual track of time) of running after grandson on bike with no training wheels. Couldn't even take pictures. Need to work on braking. His stopping mode is to crash!

thanks for all the good wishes. yesterday was the worse day. I was even too busy to get on the treadmill. I'm sewing my DD grad dress. Need to get it done soon too. :) always leaving things for the last minute. :)

4/27 Friday - Exercise done. I think about 2 hours of yard work. Needless to say I am beat. I mowed the front lawn twice because it was so long it was cutting it uneven. Then I planted three plants and watered everything. I took a hot bath and some Ibuprofen and I'm sure hoping it's bed time soon!

Today (Sat) we walked at the zoo for over 2 hours - OK, well, we stopped and took pictures a lot, but we covered a lot of territory.

I walked with dh today... and we went component shopping (just shopping, not buying) for a super fast new computer.

I did do 10 minutes good exercise this morning but have left it too late this afternoon to anymore as we need to have an early dinner to get to Bible Study at Church tonight by 6pm.
