Sorry I haven't been checking in. I fell off the exercise wagon. I waaaaay over did it last week and then I went away with my hubby for the weekend and broke my habit. I'm going to need to get back into exercising again, but this time a bit more slowly. I'll post later today when I've done some intentional moving.

morning - 20 minutes easing back into exercise on elliptical machine.
evening - 45 minutes moderate walking.

Thurs - May 10
2 hours laying landscape barrier and placing pavers.

Thursday - P.A.P. (goofy name) Upper. I really liked this one! Some tough, tough stuff, but left me feeling good. I'm thinking I may not be able to do all the downward dog I'm supposed to do in Yoga tomorrow after all the arm work today. I might substitute something else and do yoga the next day.

You girls are rocking this month!

Thursday - 2 mile hike around the lakes while Erinn joined me on her scooter. (She logged at least 3 miles with all her loops and swirls and back and forths!)

Well have had a slip back this week and not been out since wednesday(friday night here). pulled a muscle and until I went to physio today I thought it was siatica I also have infected sinus and flying to the UK on tuesday so on prednisone, antibiotics, nasal spray and anti-inflammatories. Have 3 days to get better :)

For Thursday--please put me down for the bare minimum 20 minutes of walking. I got called to use a prep period to cover PE. Walked to the tennis courts, walked around during class snagging loose balls and keeping the brackets moving, then walked back up to the high school. It was at least 20 minutes.

Off to one more track meet tonight. Here's hoping the track is open all around to allow for walking!

I did Dynamic Flow Yoga last night. (like at 10:30) I was planning on going to bed, but Cathrine felt the need to work out.... so I said I'd do it with her. She ditched out and went to bed 10 minutes into it and said, "but you're going to finish it, right?" Love my daughter.

Friday - 20 minute walk with Erinn. And today, I trudged every inch, but I did it! It would have been very easy to stay home and not gone at all. So I feel very good about today's walk, even if it
wasn't my usual distance or pace. :)

I walked at least 25 minutes today around the Hulda Klager lilac gardens. :)
