40 mins on bike today (wed) I was watching the birds in the garden, and ended up doing more than I normally do.

4/17 Tuesday - 20 minute walk resulting in 2 blisters. I guess I need some new walking shoes and socks.

4/18 Wednesday - 25 minutes abdominal video.

I'll try to get some more exercise in later today so I can make up for Monday.

I am not reporting in for what I have done but thought I would share that I have gone back to using an oldfashioned style mop and bucket for my floors instead of the electric steam mop and WOW!... did it get my heart rate up with all the physical exertion.

I came home from work today and slept for FOUR hours! Yikes! I guess I needed that! However, I did not make my work out today, but tomorrow for sure. This is going to be my month of successful workouts!

I did at least an hour of heavy cleaning, laundry, gathering trash and recycles, a trip to the attic, and moving boxes around. My legs are feeling it!

Reporting in that today - Thursday ( here Down Under ) I did a good 20 minutes or more exercise today with riding the exercise bike twice today with the second time for 10 minutees, the excerises I do each morning to help flatten my stomach and stretch me all over, plus the washing the floors today.

Okay! Wednesday - awesome 50 minute workout. Walked about 1.5 miles and ran about 1.75 miles for a total of 3.25 miles. Felt awesome!

It shouldn't BetC, just post when you can and list each day and what you did. I am sure April will clarify later, as she is the chart keeper this time around.

I have started walking again so thats my exercise :)
on tuesday went for a 1hr walk (we live in a hilly part of Auckland so a good areobic workout.
wednesday went to a 45min walk along the beach so maily flat.
Thursday I did a 12hr day at work so too tired when got home but must have done 10,000 steps that day :)
Friday (today) just been out for 60mins hill walk :)

:embarrassed003: Sneaking in to say I got a walk in this afternoon (Thursday).

This has been a week of "best laid plans" that didn't happen. Monday: ended up working then hitting the grocery after school. Tuesday: should've walked at the track meet, but the location didn't lend itself to lapping the track...and visiting with the other parents was sort of fun. Wednesday: no excuse.

Track meet out of town tomorrow--have to drive to it right after school. Hoping, hoping to be able to walk during the meet! (My DS runs distance so we can see him at any point on the track when he races.)
