on tuesday went for a 1hr walk (we live in a hilly part of Auckland so a good areobic workout.
wednesday went to a 45min walk along the beach so maily flat.
Thursday I did a 12hr day at work so too tired when got home but must have done 10,000 steps that day
Friday (today) just been out for 60mins hill walk

This has been a week of "best laid plans" that didn't happen. Monday: ended up working then hitting the grocery after school. Tuesday: should've walked at the track meet, but the location didn't lend itself to lapping the track...and visiting with the other parents was sort of fun. Wednesday: no excuse.
Track meet out of town tomorrow--have to drive to it right after school. Hoping, hoping to be able to walk during the meet! (My DS runs distance so we can see him at any point on the track when he races.)

4/19 Thursday - 20 minutes of walking. I got new shoes, insoles and socks. I also got some mole skin and my blisters are doing much better.
