Morning - 1 hour digging and planting
Evening - 45 min walk

Sat, May 12
morning - several hours unloading construction supplies, moving to the site and digging
evening - 40 min walk - not going very fast - think I'm going to have to cut way back for a few days

I just got back from a 3 mile run - well, I didn't run the entire way because I should have brought my inhaler. Those flowers are really blooming out there!

I did 20 min on the exercise bike tonight.
Between my allergies and my foot swelling in the warmer weather, I'm having to restrict my activity level way more than I'd like. :(

I posted this in my Facebook fitness group thread, but figured I should share it here too...

This weekend was our parish picnic - booths, rides, games, food, drinks, music, etc. I walked up yesterday evening with my mom, because she wanted to "make the rounds" and look for her students and say hi to the parents & parishioners. I tagged along because I had nothing better to do. I bumped into one of my grade school classmates while I was up there. She told me twice how good I was looking and how skinny I was!! Which was awesome, because I was teased/bullied during grade school (particularly 5th-8th grade) because of my weight. I've come a LONG way since then. And for her to acknowledge that felt great!

Hi guys!!
I haven't been around for a bit, and I'm not really active now because I'm doing the 21-day Ultimate Reset with Theresa so I'm not doing much exercise but light stuff like walking. I'll stop in and say hi though until I get start TurboFire again!

So, I noticed I have a typo in the folder name where I keep the Shred Charts- it says "Shed Charts" instead. Looks like it is working for a lot of us, so I'm not changing the file name. ;)

Cheri, I am liking it so far! The biggest challenge is taking the time to cook all the meals. They can be a little time-consuming. I am on day 5 and I feel good, the first few days were rough with aches, headache & extreme tiredness. Today I went for a little bike ride (we aren't allowed to exercise in a strenuous manner so I had to keep it light.) It was wonderful to get outside!

Monday, May 14 - 20 min elliptical machine
Tues, May 15 - nothing - unless you count chasing a 5 year old all day!

(Tues) I did 20 minutes on the exercise bike tonight, after spending 1/2 hour this morning cutting and folding cardboard boxes to recycle, and spending all afternoon moving my craft supplies around into their new homes. Paper and books are heavy!

I'm going to update the chart tomorrow. I've moved my monitor to the new computer- I can access my files from it, but I can hardly use the keyboard my husband hooked up to it. (It is the gamer computer's keyboard and has an integrated mouse. Oh, and I get to use CS6 too! It has some fun new features, but so far, auto-save (every 10 minutes- but you can change that in your preferences) and auto-recovery are my favorites. :D Haven't needed to use that one yet- hopefully I won't.
