Morning - 1 hour digging and planting
Evening - 45 min walk
Sat, May 12
morning - several hours unloading construction supplies, moving to the site and digging
evening - 40 min walk - not going very fast - think I'm going to have to cut way back for a few days

Between my allergies and my foot swelling in the warmer weather, I'm having to restrict my activity level way more than I'd like.

I posted this in my Facebook fitness group thread, but figured I should share it here too...
This weekend was our parish picnic - booths, rides, games, food, drinks, music, etc. I walked up yesterday evening with my mom, because she wanted to "make the rounds" and look for her students and say hi to the parents & parishioners. I tagged along because I had nothing better to do. I bumped into one of my grade school classmates while I was up there. She told me twice how good I was looking and how skinny I was!! Which was awesome, because I was teased/bullied during grade school (particularly 5th-8th grade) because of my weight. I've come a LONG way since then. And for her to acknowledge that felt great!

I haven't been around for a bit, and I'm not really active now because I'm doing the 21-day Ultimate Reset with Theresa so I'm not doing much exercise but light stuff like walking. I'll stop in and say hi though until I get start TurboFire again!

Tuesday - 30 mins on bike
