:exercisebike: Sorry I did not finish this challenge with you all. I just had to give up the exercise for some days. I ended up at the Physiotherapist on Monday as I was getting pain in my upper left arm which was really disturbing my sleep. I am a lot better now but the Physiotherapist warned me to be careful with some of the exercising I was doing as my bones are starting to show their age ( not that I am that old.... but with having started menopause at an early age makes my bones more susceptible to arthritis) . He told me gentle walking was the best thing for me to do.

I'm glad you got some help, Anne-Marie. No sense hurting yourself! And walking is one of the best ways to exercise there is.

I did 20 minutes on the exercise bike tonight. (I know the chart is through but I need to keep myself honest).

I'd add the extra days in if I had a space for the boxes. I could.... but then it would be more than the "30 Day" Shred, right? I'll get to updating it- I have a few other things I need to get done first. :)

Just keeping honest here too... I went for a 3.24 mile walk with a few sprint intervals mixed in tonight. I did NOT want to go but it was actually a really pleasant evening activity along the Pearl Harbor bike path while my son was in his breakdancing class :)

done 20 mins on bike today.

I would be able to do the chart , but I can't do this next one because we are away on holiday at the beginning of June with only my phone for internet access. If I were to do the chart I would prefer to update daily, rather than try and catch up nearly two weeks worth of posts.

I forgot to check in last night. I did half an hour on the exercise bike last night (Thurs) and 25 minutes tonight (Fri). I also did an hour of weeding yesterday.

It's been almost a year since I charted - I'll volunteer to take over for May/June. It's going to be harder for me to keep up my exercise with kids out of school (last day 5/25), so I'm hoping that me being the charter will be the incentive I need to keep my chart row filled up!

Shall we start on Monday the 21st? If so, I better get to dusting off my chart/making a new one!

I totally forgot to check in this last week. so Wed I had walked for 2 hours and then Thursday I did pilates for one hour. That was all it was a busy week in other areas of my life!! LOL
