I often have three days a week that I have no internet access. If I can't post each day, does that disqualify me?

It shouldn't BetC, just post when you can and list each day and what you did. I am sure April will clarify later, as she is the chart keeper this time around.

Check in when you can and I'll update the chart. :)

Friday is Annette's graduation.

I might be able to do Saturday, but I don't know when you're leaving. lmk

4/19 Thursday - 20 minutes of walking. I got new shoes, insoles and socks. I also got some mole skin and my blisters are doing much better. :)

We don't head back until Sunday, but I think Annette has plans for us on Saturday.

And I'm counting moving Charlotte and cleaning (like scrubbing the walls too) her apartment as my workout today!

Reporting in for Friday: a good 20minutes exercise during today

The exercise bike I am using is second hand and I am not sure I should keep using it as the seat is very hard and quite uncomfortable even with a small cushion on it. I am seriously thinking of checking out an Elliptical Trainer machine. Because I am getting serious about my need to exercise.

I think that is a great idea Anne-Marie - if it's not comfortable, you won't want to use it and could even get hurt. And it's great to be serious enough about exercise to spend the money on a great new piece of equipment!

Is it too late to squeeze me onto the chart? I wasn't going to sign up this round, but I think I need some accountability or I will fall further off the wagon than I already am...

Sunday - 2 hours of taiko drumming
Monday - took rest day (tweaked a muscle in my back on Sunday)
Tuesday - walked 40 minutes (2.5 miles)
Wednesday - walked 35 minutes (2.4 miles)
Thursday - walked 42 minutes (2.6 miles)

I did a very short hula practice last night (Thursday) to review the dances I'll be performing tomorrow as well as a few of my favs that I hadn't danced in a while. Worked up a good sweat and it was a great way to end my day :)

4/20 Friday - I did a 30 minute walk with stretches before and after today. Then a couple hours later I had to speed walk through Wal-mart and Zurchers. My son did his Wax museum today and I thought it was in May so I had to run get some costume stuff to finish his costume off and then walk around to listen to each of the kids in the 2nd grade. Then after school the kids had an art fair so we went back to walk around again. Needless to say I think I made up for Monday. I ended up needing a 2.5 hour nap this afternoon as well as some ibuprofen.

I walked at least a mile on Friday, which is about 20 minutes. Add shivering in the rain and wind and the other walking done to get to/from track. Going to do some serious cleaning/furniture moving today. I'll check in when I'm done.

does yard work count?? if it does I did that for 1 hour yesterday. Plus another 20 minutes just planting.
My hubby and I made square foot gardens. We have two boxes 3foot * 6 foot. To cover the inground garden space. Well yesterday I filled it with three different types of material to make up the soil and then filled the boxes. Then when I was done I had to pick up kids from school and then I was planting my vegetables. It looks so great!! But that is all I did yesterday. to tell you the truth my leg hurts I really worked one of my legs bending and standing and bending and standing!!
