My hubby and I made square foot gardens. We have two boxes 3foot * 6 foot. To cover the inground garden space. I went on a nice long walk to Walgreen's and back with Annette. We needed lactase so we could eat ice cream. :D I think we walked enough to cover it.

I've already updated the chart. I'll get yours on there tomorrow Gayle.

Saturday done. I spent several hours cleaning out my oldest DS's room preparing for his return home for the summer. Lots of furniture moving involved as we switched out beds & dressers and rearranged it all. Many, many trips up and down the stairs too.

Reporting for Sunday..... I really only did 15 minutes but caught up with some exercises this morning to make it 20 minutes.

I will be doing a lot of walking this afternoon ( monday ) so will report on that later today.

I'm so glad I'm on this chart I find myself more accountable because I have to "check in" also it helps the weather is getting better. I walked yesterday for 1 1/2 hours. My leg muscles hurt in places I had no idea they could hurt!! LOL Must stregnthen those muscles!! :)
Oh this was for sunday. I know it's a rest day but it was just so nice outside I coudln't help it :disappearing-smilie:

Today Sandi and I hiked in Arches National Park for somewhere between 45 minutes and an hour.
Tonight I did a 20 minute workout in the hotel gym (please fill in one of my blanks).

Finished up an hour on the elliptical. While we were in Utah, I asked Bob if I could order heavier weights for my workouts. I ordered the Select 552 set.... He didn't even ask how much they cost. :D They'll be here tomorrow. Charlotte will be doing Chalean with me now that I have a second set.

I'll update the chart and post it in a few minutes. :)
