BethLang Posted April 22, 2012 Share Posted April 22, 2012 Hello! I want to take advantage of the sale this weekend ,and three times now have had my cart dumped out when trying to use paypal to pay. I don't get to paypal when I click it, I get my cart dumped. This has happened three times and I am beyond frustrated. I do not have time to shop and reshop all weekend. Can someone please look into why this is occurring? I will not be able to shop today or this evening as we are out and about. Maybe I can do it Monday afternoon. angleigh Posted April 22, 2012 Share Posted April 22, 2012 Hey Beth...I know that there have been a few issues since PayPal did their upgrade on the night of the 19th. I've informed our tech team and they are keeping an eye out on it. The frustrating thing is, it's not something that is effecting all customers, as we are getting alot of PayPal orders through, but it seems like the ones that this happens to, it takes several attempts before their orders go through. PBarnes Posted April 23, 2012 Share Posted April 23, 2012 I checked out tonight and my order didn't seem to finish after I pressed the "complete order" button, but I closed out Scrap Girls then re-opened and my downloads were there in my account. I have been using it for over 2 years now and no problems. It is one of the few sites that I trust. So if you are in a hurry for your products, try your credit card. After reloading my cart, and writing everything down on a scrap of paper just in case I were to lose it all again, I chose to pay with a credit card. It took a long time, da da da da, da da da, Da da, da da da da. So once I paid, I never got the you have paid screen, I just saw the email come in that I had. So, then I went into the boutique from that email to get my goodies, and was fine. My order had gone through. Whew! I needed some scrap simple papers desperately. Got a few new styles, too!!
