It is Recipe Swap time again! This month we're doing One Dish Meals! Look through your favorite recipes and choose one to share. We never judge your interpretation of the theme - if you think it works, it is fine!
Pizza is a one dish meal, right?

• To participate in the Recipe Swap, please email your 4"x6" high resolution (300 dpi saved a high quality - 1200 x 1800 pixel) Recipe Card to sgaprilshowers@gmail.com by midnight Monday, May 21st.
• It is easiest for me if you use your name or user name + the Recipe name (AprilShowers_Enchiladas) as the file name on your recipe. (I may change it to make it easier for me to track if you don't.)
  
• You are welcome to submit more than one recipe.
• Tuesday, May 22nd, you will receive a link to download the Recipe cards from all our participants. You must send in a card to get the link!

Ask any questions you may have in this thread. You may post your recipes in the Recipe Swap Gallery. It is a great place to see example cards too.

Well, they aren't all specifically cooking, but a lot of them have food or dishes in them that work well with recipes. And I'm sure that isn't an all-inclusive list.

I'm working on one, but it's a two card deal. It;s from a tv show and they tend to run long, but it really is similar to lasagne, but different ingredients. In case some of you want to try it, I once "placed" one of the Jif type Lo templates onto a 4x6 card with very little adjusting. It seems to resize it if you "place" it.

Okay, here's two from me. I have a couple more that I want to do, but I need to work on some ATCs, too. I certainly do not guarantee that either are particularly healthy, but they're comfort food in my family. Enjoy!
