Hey girl! You saved me a private mail, lol...I should take a pic and post my to-do list for today, b/c I am going to send messages to some prior shredders and ask if they want to join in again, and YOU were on the list:) Glad to have you back in the thread. :bighug:

Yay Brandy! Yay Ann! Welcome aboard!

OK, I pushed a cart around Costco yesterday for 45 minutes. That was all my foot would take. :(

Tai Cheng week 3 started today. I just love the sequences. Neural reboot is wonderful too. This always makes me feel better. Still need more strength and cardio though, this just isn't enough by itself.

Count me back in....I missed the last round, just so much going on. But I have exercised daily, mainly just walking as I let my elbows heal. But they are feeling a little bit better and I also started the Herbalife 24 today. It's a great low impact video, that really focuses on building up your muscles from the core up...this is probably something I needed from the start, so I wouldn't of had all these injuries off and on, but I didn't start that way. So now i'm "starting over" per say. I'm also going to add my stretching/flexibility into my workouts. I have one of Bob's yoga cd's in the basement, and i'm sure if I look I have others (a friend is borrowing my Chalean so I don't have that one) But I think working on that will also help with injuries and just make everything all around better.

Yesterday I did an hour and a half in the garden and then half an hour on the exercise bike after dinner.

Today I did an hour in the garden, and plan to get on the bike later.

Yesterday I got a 2 mile walk in plus some gardening. Today I did two hours of gardening in the early morning ... we are not steaming hot here and neither T nor I can barely move!

1 hour of P.A.P. Lower today - improving on endurance. I hope by the end of the 3 weeks (which I hope to not stretch too much further than 3, lol) I can hold the side arm balance the full time. It's HARD!

I haven't quite figured out just when this starts. For what it's worth, I spent an hour on the practice range at the golf course today.

I will be able to start again very soon! I've been on the Ultimate Reset and have taken little walks here and there but the detox really had me fatigued a lot of the time. I finish on Wednesday, then I get to slowly reintroduce my regularly scheduled exercise routine of choice (which is TurboFire of course!) Thanks for keeping the Shred alive so we can always share!

The Shred Police came after me. Ut oh!

Since I could probably use some accountability with the summer coming, I'm back in if you'll have me.

Cheri... please add me to the list. Last month I found this encouragement was really helping me until I went and got a sore shoulder and my physiotherapist told me to be careful with what exercising I was doing so I pulled out of the "race".
Some of my exercising may not be as strenuous as what you others are doing but I will be exercising.

With living here Down Under... when I let you know what I have done I will be saying the day after you all - meaning that with me starting tomorrow - it will be Wednesday.

Tues 5/29

Run done for today. Gonna be hot out there, and I figured I best get it done early. Having DH home to get the kids ready for school was a huge help.

I also have an hour-long dance class this evening that I absolutely cannot miss, so that'll count for today, too.
