A quick hi from a wifi spot! I have hiked every day ... don't know when I last had cell coverage to tell you that Conda ... but I'm a hiking machine (with blisters!!). Having fun.

Saturday--decided to clean (we're talking move-the-furniture clean) the master bedroom. Took two hours and several trips up/down stairs (5000 steps and 9 flights, according to fitbit.)
After a short snack and rest I decided to get the CE BC2 done for today. That's asking a lot from my arms and I'm sure to feel it tomorrow. My back is going to look great in a swimsuit with all those heavy rows today! Please use this to fill a hole from my laziness this week.

I filled up your Friday and Saturday. You've got fewer holes in your chart than me, lol - you're doing just fine! No "L" word allowed;) And yep, rows do make a back look nice don't they?
