We had a full schedule today, but did manage to get in 9 holes of golf...for about 2 hours of movement, approximately 3.5 miles. Tomorrow is looking showery...might be an indoor exercise day.

Conda, I had a blissful little nap today too:) I also was a good girl and did my Ab Ripper - I had holes to fill from the week! Conda, your Saturday will be in the next updated version as somehow I didn't scroll all the way to the bottom of this page before I updated the chart.

ONly a few days left in this cycle! Unless someone has a burning desire to take over, I'll do another month of charting...

I did a 25 minute exercise bike ride tonight. I'd like to use it to fill that hole on Monday, June 18, please.
I also did a little gardening. Beautiful weather this evening after overcast and rain.

Monday, and something a little different. Today I did a brisk hike to the summit of Pilot Butte, a local landmark. The trail is a spiral around the cinder cone and is 1.75 miles each way. At the summit on a clear day you can see from Mt. Adams in the north almost to Crater Lake in the south. Total time was 45 minutes, including a few to take in the views at the top. Not a long session,, but I certainly got a good cardio workout on the way up!
