1 hr Zumba class. Today was the last one. There is a 2 month summer break before it starts up again. I looked like a wet puppy afterward, but today was also my weigh-in day and so far I am down 5 more lbs from the middle of May. I have 2 more to go to get to the lowest I was in March. (Oh yeah, gained some on vacation and a little before) Then I can start ticking down further.
10 more lbs to get to the lowest weight I have been in my adulthood and about 20 more to my goal...then I will be thrilled.
This is my goal dress, I don't even wear dresses really, but I really love this one.
Do you have a goal outfit?

I actually reached my goal weight during this past month. The Ultimate Reset (diet/cleanse) helped get me past my plateau and lose the last 10 pounds. So yay! I'm at my smallest size ever. Currently wearing size 4 denim capris.

You rock! I'm SOoooooo glad your hard work has paid off! I know it was hard when there were months that the weight or the inches didn't come off, but you were super strong and persevered!
