1 hr Zumba class. Today was the last one. There is a 2 month summer break before it starts up again. I looked like a wet puppy afterward, but today was also my weigh-in day and so far I am down 5 more lbs from the middle of May. I have 2 more to go to get to the lowest I was in March. (Oh yeah, gained some on vacation and a little before) Then I can start ticking down further.
10 more lbs to get to the lowest weight I have been in my adulthood and about 20 more to my goal...then I will be thrilled.
This is my goal dress, I don't even wear dresses really, but I really love this one.
Do you have a goal outfit?
Beautiful dress, Brandy! You will HAVE to make a layout of you in this dress when you reach your goal!!

We spent the weekend in NE Iowa at a real old log cabin. I definitely got my exercise in Sat and Sun with hikes. Yesterday we hiked to a swimming hole in the creek and then walked back the 1/2 mile UPHILL. Even the boys did well, although there was a certain amount of whining...
Today we went to Effigy Mounds National Monument and hiked about 2 miles in 95-98 degree weather. Ugh. The mounds and the forest were in fact worth it. DH had to carry our 3 year old on his shoulders up the whole steep hill/very small mountain. (There are no mountains in Iowa, but this was a BIG hill). So DH definitely got his exercise in too, lol.

Sunday walked in my mother-in-law's neighborhood with my daughter.
Today... I spent most of my day in the car! I did do laps at the rest stops, but I know it didn't add up to enough.
