As soon as we get home from school we've got to get back to town for the annual band banquet--honors for all grades for the year, special ones for the seniors (my DS John is one) and then the big reveal for next fall's marching show. I'll report in once I finish whatever it is I find time to do this afternoon!

Some of my exercising may not be as strenuous as what you others are doing but I will be exercising.
With living here Down Under... when I let you know what I have done I will be saying the day after you all - meaning that with me starting tomorrow - it will be Wednesday.
Glad to have you back with us Anne-Marie! I hope your shoulder is healing well - be good to yourself and obey your physiotherapist:)

I'm sure you are anxious to get back into TurboFire and get your momentum back! I don't know how quickly I'll get back into my other exercise programs. I want to finish Tai Cheng, but still have 8 weeks of the program left. And time-wise, I don't know if I can fit in those PLUS another program. Maybe I can squeeze in a short 20-minute TJ/TF segment or an occasional CE Burn Circuit in the evenings on top of TC. We'll see how my energy holds out!

I will try to exercise today, but my Achilles tendon is still acting up. I walked a lot yesterday and today it has been really sore. I guess I need to get back into the doctor because it's nearly been a month since I first went in. However, I'm sure I can find something to keep me moving for 20 mins a day. I'll post later when I've done that.
Keep at it girls!

That is some excellent strategy Ann! On the days I do my 16 minute ab workout, I often do the same thing afterward with our stairs:) Great minds think alike!

Cheri I love the chart it looks really really good!!
Does anyone know if we can print off a copy of the past charts? I thought maybe it would be good to have. Just an idea! Thanks if someone could let me know!!

Find someone who has the button (I'm pretty sure I still do, and Pat Barnes definitely does in the post right after yours) - right click on theirs and choose "copy image location" - then go to your siggie and add it. If you (or anyone else reading this) need assistance with those directions just ask again:)

Thanks for all your kind words about the chart! It came to me suddenly that Durin's collection would work perfectly for the theme. I haven't hosted the chart since late last year, I think before you joined up.
Anyone who wants the 600dpi version (best printed fairly smallish) of either of my past charts can right-click-save-as:
September2011 chart
Oct/Nov 2011 Chart
When we are all done with this month's chart, I will make sure it's ok and then can upload the full-size .jpg (3600 x 3600 pixels) of this month's chart for those who would like to print it. It would be a cool addition to our scrapbooks!
