ValerieT Posted May 25, 2012 Share Posted May 25, 2012 If you created it using craft artist you need to export it as a jpeg file. I always found that craft artist made very large jpeg files (over 10mb) but there is a slider to adjust the quality of the image. A lower quality image will be fine for web upload.
