If you created it using craft artist you need to export it as a jpeg file. I always found that craft artist made very large jpeg files (over 10mb) but there is a slider to adjust the quality of the image. A lower quality image will be fine for web upload.

Hope this helps

Welcome to SG Joy!!

Valerie is right, sometimes you have to work on the size of your layout! I save my jpeg at 72 dpi for gallery uploads. Hope this help. Post back if you have more questions! We are happy to help!

Ok, got it sorted now, not sure why it wasn't working before but it is now. I've posted in the gallery in the help and suggestions folder.

Hi Guys.....like "Hippy" I too am new to this digital scrap-booking.....have been doing traditional scrap-booking for some time & love it. Can anyone recommend a good digital scrap-booking program to get started? I'm not sure how to get started but find this site very informative.
Cheers
Nez ;)
