Choc Chip Cookies Fiasco

If you had seen me making the chocolate chip cookies, you would have thought I'd never done such a thing before.
First, I added the brown sugar to the separate bowl of dry ingredients. Was supposed to add it to the butter and granulated sugar and vanilla. Had to scoop out what I could of it and add it to the mixer.
Then, was cracking an egg into the mixer and dropped half of the egg shell in. In my panic, I didn't turn it off fast enough, so it got broken up. The fellas said I should just try to fish the pieces out. So, with clean fingers, I got most of the egg shell out. What a slimy mess!
Then...I wanted to let the paddle spin once or so as I lifted the mixer arm to help get some of the dough off. Well, I lifted the arm too high or had it spinning too fast or something. Yep, cookie dough was flying. (Hey, Elisha...how about a Flying Dough collection? lol)
The cookies I actually baked tasted good. And we didn't notice any egg shell crunch.
