If you had seen me making the chocolate chip cookies, you would have thought I'd never done such a thing before.
First, I added the brown sugar to the separate bowl of dry ingredients. Was supposed to add it to the butter and granulated sugar and vanilla. Had to scoop out what I could of it and add it to the mixer.
Then, was cracking an egg into the mixer and dropped half of the egg shell in.
Then...I wanted to let the paddle spin once or so as I lifted the mixer arm to help get some of the dough off. Well, I lifted the arm too high or had it spinning too fast or something. Yep, cookie dough was flying. (Hey, Elisha...how about a Flying Dough collection? lol)
Sigh
The cookies I actually baked tasted good. And we didn't notice any egg shell crunch.
