I am dealing with some health issues that are getting worse, compounded by fibro and stress, that are getting out of control. Along with having to deal with touchy, very important issues with the son and his family who feel that I need to live my life completely around them because they "allowed" me to come back to PA. (long complicated issue) and it doesn't matter that my health is suffering badly because of that thinking. So I really could use some prayers as I have some tough decisions to make that are going to be very hard but my doctors are not giving me alot of options if I want my health to have a chance to start improving some.

It's really sad and painful that my son and his wife want me to put off getting any medical help for my health and back for 6 months so I can babysit for them my 3 grandchildren, who are 3 months, 20 months and 5 years. When I told them it's not possible, they got very angry. They aren't speaking to me at this point and feel I am being selfish and ungrateful. They said I should be able to wait 6 months. I am still babysitting at this point, but I am in severe pain and need to stop. But until they find someone what am I to do? And he is not in any hurry.
I'm ashamed to say that my son is teaching the kids to be the meanest kids I have ever seen. I was so shocked when I got back. It's so sad to see children being taught that way.

The stress is so thick you can cut it with a knife.....if you know what I mean. I pray things will calm down soon and things will get better.

Oh, Di...I'll be praying for you all. Your health is important. I'm praying for quick resolution to all of this...and some changed hearts. You would think our families would be our safe haven, but that isn't alway the case.

I am so sorry for all of your troubles. It sounds like a terrible situation. Clearly if you are in pain you can't be at your best for your family. I'm sorry they aren't being more supportive of your needs. Sending prayers for you and your family, especially your dear grandchildren. They are precious to the Lord, as to all of us.

You need to look after yourself, otherwise you are no help to your son or grandchildren. I am so sorry that they don't seam to be understanding the pain you are in.
