Hey,
I'm looking for scrapbook albums for 8.5--the thing is I like horizontal. Has anyone seen any nice 8.5 albums anywhere? My local Michael's had one (1!!) black book.
TIA,
candyK

If you can't find one bound the right way, can you set one up so that the binding is on top? That might be a temporary fix, although it would be better to have it on the side.

Candy, I've found black & white zebra stripe cover 8.5x11 landscape albums occasionally at Hobby Lobby.

You can order them from Pioneer; here's the link: http://www.archivalu...m/kt811cbf.html, or from Century Photo; they call that size "Imperial."

I get my albums printed by MyPublisher. Here's a link to the finished album (electronic version.) Their quality is superb, and the book came quickly. You can do 20-100 pages; this one is 98. The paper is a soft gloss, the colors are great in the hardcover book. While I'd really like to find albums locally, the MyPublisher books are stellar quality, and the real costs of printing pages either at home or at a retailer is such that the album is actually less expensive, especially when they're on one of their great sales. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the link to MyPublisher. I appreciate your review of their product.

I've also had great success ordering from Pioneer.
