I purchased the paper template pop-ups but don't know exactly how to use them. Are there instructions with this set?

Hi Emeralds! Welcome to Scrap Girls!
The answer to your question depends a little bit on what program you use, but those templates come in layered PSDs and in PNG format. If you use software that will let you edit the PSD, then you can open the template in that version and work with each individual layer. If you can't use the PSD then you can bring each piece of the template into the program separately and then put them together.

Also, if you go to the Scrap Girls University page, there are lots of tutorials on how to color templates.

I used one of the Pop Ups recently, and it was so easy to do. I used the PSD and opened it in PSE10 and then used different papers to color the template, as well as using the shadow. The shadow gives the pop up depth. Here is the link to the layout that I used the template in:
