Please if I don't have a printer that prints 12 x 12 what can I do besides buying one. Can you upload and have it mailed to myself?

You can definately upload them to printing services and have them mailed to you.
I'll have to look for a past thread that names places. Sam's club, Costco, and maybe Walmart should be able to print them.
If you're okay with 8x8, you could resize the finished/saved layout and print it on a regular sized printer. (That's what I do.)
Let me go look for another thread about this...

Here's some various info I came across:

There are lots of online places that print pages in several different sizes - 12x12, 8x8, 8 1/2x 11. Two that I have used are Scrapbooks Please and ScrapbooksToShare, but there are many others like Shutterfly, Snapfish and Kodak. I prefer Scrapbooks Please because they do borderless prints. If you have a Costco membership, they can print at 12x12 also. I would assume Sam's does too.
There are several models of home printers that can do 12x12 (13x19 paper or 12x12 paper.) I think the best price I've seen is an HP that can go for as low as $150 on sale. Of course, you can pay up to about $700 or more also.
I hope this helps.

Welcome! My go-to place for printing scrapbook pages is scrappingsimply.com. They run a sale every 6 months, so I wait and print everything then. They print on Fuji Crystal Archive photo paper (glossy or matte) in most any standard scrapbooking size. Gorgeous prints!
