Sunday done, 30 mins on bike.

Monday done, I did 40 mins on the bike this morning and a further 30 mins this afternoon. Can I use one to fill a gap?

I think that horrible heat was a plenty valid excuse for not exercising (AC or no, lol)

Well today is "start over" day. I've been a horrible slacker these last few months and have gained back part of the weight I lost during the last weight loss challenge here in town (ok...almost most of it, lol) But after going strong for 16months I just needed a break. So tomorrow the next challenge starts and it's what I need to kick my butt back in gear to loose this last 25ish lbs I want to hit goal.

Today I started day 1 of my new workout routine. I'm trying not to "kill myself" like i did last time. My plan is I will walk every morning, that's just become a normal thing in my life and since I'm at my desk most of the day makes up for what I'm missing. Then M-W-F I will do my Herbalife 24 workout and another strength workout/home gym, for about an hour total. Then T-Th-Sat I will add more cardio in rather it be bike, elliptical or treadmill (hate jogging on the street, but don't mind it on the treadmill) and I also have a couple of yoga video's i'll work in.

So today after my walk I did my HL video and Bob's Pure Burn/Super Strength for a total of 1 hour...my legs, arms and stomach is killing me..but in a good way. Now if someone could just find a way to work on stomach muscles without the sit ups, crunches, etc I would love you for life. LOL

I"ll join you Angie! I'll start over today too. For starters I am just going to walk. I am the heaviest now that I've been in 10 years - it is time to take action.
Can I be added to the chart?

I took yesterday off, but got out early (headed for the mid 90's this afternoon) and did a nice 30 minute walk. Had to leave poor old Abby at home, she just can't go that distance any more.

Had a great evening power walk with my dd Saturday(7th), she didn't care for being in the wooded areas in the dark. We were on our neighborhoods' walking trail, but it still was kinda creepy I suppose.
Just spent 30 on the elliptical for today the 9th.

Monday--most of Burn 3 done. I'm just dragging! Is it the effects of two weeks of extreme heat (no A/C here) with that migraine on top? Or maybe the 12 hour road trip I took on Sunday? Or a combo? Whatever it is, I'm ready to get the sluggies out of my system. Just can't shake it.

Good for you! Your plan sounds very reasonable - and maybe, just maybe, like Chalene says you'll eventually love pushups, maybe you'll eventually at least not hate (lol) ab moves:) Go Angie!

On to myself - 35 minutes Yoga from P90X done for Monday. I really like this one better than the X2 Yoga. This one is more balanced with legs plus arms. I always felt like X2 was just arms, and wanted to die by the end!
