Renee, good for you for recognizing sources of stress and addressing them. Remember, all you really have to do is breathe. Let us know how you're doing, OK?

Cheri--could you please count this for Monday and Tuesday for me, as I will be having my third injection tomorrow and will be limited with a numb leg. Thanks!
Sure thing. I'm so sorry you are dealing with this health problem and hope the PT, injections, and all your good hard work are bringing you ever closer to good health again.

Put me down for today if you can, July 3
If you please, add yesterday's workout too, starting slow - 40 min on the treadmill (July 2)

I walked for about 30 minutes last night, July 2nd. And I just completed a kettle bell workout for today the 3rd.

Tuesday...learning to embrace the heat since we just haven't had a break in the 90's and looking at 100+ later this week. This morning I dug in and did a "move the furniture" cleaning of my dining room (moved rolltop desk, Hoosier cupboard, & pie safe, swept, mopped, & de-cobwebbed.) Please count that as today.
After lunch I turned on the fans and did Burn Circuit 2. Yeah, that one. Please use that to fill my Monday hole.

Sure thing, and welcome to the "shred" - the more the merrier! I bet you'll be back to feeling well soon; good for you for recommitting to your health.

I'd love to use the heat as an excuse here, but since we have AC, that won't fly - thank you for your inspiration and virtual kick in my pants! As soon as my little guy's DVD is over (20 minutes or so) I'm going to press "Play" for myself.

It IS, agreed! It's only 30ish minutes but MAN does that woman pack a whopper in a short amount of time. Do you have the DVD? Have you done level 2? I didn't like it at all the first few times b/c it's more cardio if I remember correctly and less abs. I plan to check it out again though now that I'm doing this DVD again in between others. I haven't decided to plunk any money down on a new DVD series, so I'm replaying the ones I have and rotating however I want to.

I am trying to follow the couch to 5K program but to be honest, even the first week is too much jogging for me. I don't feel tired, but my mystery "weakness" issue flared up & made jogging almost impossible. I did manage to do some though. Had a really hard time breathing, I am guessing due to the humidity.
Today - 45+ min walking
Hard time breathing again, humid again too so still thinking that is the issue.
