I'm going to wait until morning to update since not so many have checked in yet today. Maybe the heat has gotten to more than 1 of us?! I know it has been increasingly hard to motivate myself this summer to get moving. Let's all keep boosting each other's morale and finish the shred strong! :)

Hugs to all, and hope those who need rain saw some tonight - it actually rained here for more than 3 minutes, a first since mid-June! Ahhhhhh, and slightly cooler temps for the next few days too, pure bliss!

7/25 - I walked some with Annette and then went to the gym with Cathrine and did over an hour on the elliptical. Pretty please count me for yesterday too.

I was on the bike for 20 minutes yesterday (Wed.)--that was as much as I could do, as I've had quite a bit of pain this week. Today was an hour in the pool for physical therapy. I wish I could just live in the water!

Had a very long walk through the Denver airport this evening (Wed).
I will have to double up on workouts to catch up. My ideas for getting exercise while on vacation didn't work out. (the altitude really got to us) :(

The trip was wonderful. DH was able to do things he couldn't have imagined even a couple of months ago! And the time with BarbaraC was very precious.

I seem to have fallen off my own bandwagon while getting ready for vacation and a visit with some friends out of town tomorrow - eep! This has been a very busy week here and I've let it get in my way of exercising. And of course the heat hasn't helped either. AC or no, a person just feels tireder with all the heat.

Now that I'm done whining, lol - Chart was updated 10pm MT.

I did 20 minutes on the exercise bike tonight (Thurs). My knees reminded me I hadn't done it for a week - I had to crank the resistance down. :( but I did it!

Hi Everyone - I am remiss in my reporting -

Weds - I walked all day at work, so if the exercise police will allow that, I'd like to count it.
Thursday - Walked 20 minutes to dinner while the family drove, then I walked a second time with ERinn for 20 minutes after we got home.
Friday - no walking with intent today. But we did have a great time at the Amercian Idol Concert tonight! :)

So, if I could have three stars for this week, that would be great.

UGH....I know!!! I am thankful I can work out first thing (and don't have to leave crazy early like you) if I had to work out at the end of the day, right now in this heat...I wouldn't be doing ANYthing!!!!

I'm going to count it - that's a lot of continuous motion (for you both!) :) And yes, wouldn't that be great if kids had an off switch...just one that you could hit for a nice 30 minute break, even once a week. lol.
