I think you are right to listen to your body this week. It's enough to just try to get to work and back in the awful heat. I'll extend your Band-aid on the chart.
PS: Jeff went on RAGBRAI (annual bicycle ride clear across Iowa) yesterday with his friends from work, just from one nearby town to another (about 30 miles?). Normal RAGBRAI riders start out super early, especially if it's going to be hot. Work didn't mind but they had to wait until after a meeting, and started out at about 11am...all 3 of them suffered heat cramps from not replenishing sodium. I'll tell you here I told him so the night before, lol, but I was really nice to him
