Dear oh Dear!!
I came back from holidays and I notice that not only did I not check in while on holidays but I also didn't check in the week before. Well I can't remember past one week so for last week I went
3 days 1/2 hour walks
1 day 2 hour walk
1 day 1 1/2 hour walk

So a total of 5 days last week!! So not bad. Man with the summer holidays and the kids home I have no time at all to recored my excercise!! Sorry about that.

It's been tough to get any time in while I've been at a conference in Denver. Missed five days! However, now that we have stayed on to do some sightseeing here, I've gotten some exercise in. Sunday afternoon I spent 40 minutes hiking to the crest of Mt. Evans and down. Didn't seem that tough, but I'm feeling it in my thighs! And yesterday we walked around at Red Rocks Amphitheater and spent a few hours at the Denver Botanical garden. Easy walking, but I was also pushing DH in a wheelchair uphill and downhill.

So I would say Sunday 7/29 done and Monday 7/30 done.

Today we are going to the Molly Brown House and to the National Wildlife refuge. Will try to get some hiking in there.

I got a good hard walk in this afternoon, and then an exercise bike ride after dinner (Tues). That should fill the last hole from our vacation, I think.

Forgot to report for yesterday, not sure if it counts but myself and Lauren got one of the Wii dance games out, and had fun with Ben for nearly an hour. If only we had a camera set up, we've have got some fun photos.

Nothing yet today, been raining here, again, might get on the bike once Ben goes to sleep.

LOTS of walking for Tuesday--DH surprised me with a lunch date, and park on the other side of downtown Anchorage to ensure we got our walk in!
An hour of aquatic PT for Wednesday.

Tuesday I swept the driveway. It took me 1/2 hour to do it!! Boy it's a big driveway.

Have been forgetting to check in, but still working out. Thurs, 2 hours weeding. Friday, 1/2 hour on the exercise bike. Sat, 30 min deadheading and 20 min on the exercise bike.

We finished out strong! WTG! I posted the final chart just now (I can change it again if anyone pmails me that I missed something)

Now on to Valerie and August:)

Oh yes, to keep it kosher: I gave myself a button for Friday - I was up and down the stairs a million times in a row (lol) and carrying heavy packs of camping gear on Sunday. And on Monday, we unloaded the van and hefted all the heavy stuff up a slight hill to our campsite and set it all up like madmen to make it to a lecture on bats in time. It was worth the scurrying;)
